1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Reverend Midnight Soul Midwife Services (“I”, “me”, “my”) in the course of offering soul midwife healing support. By engaging my services, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
My services are intended solely as spiritual and emotional support, listening, and energy work.
I am not a medical professional, psychotherapist, licensed counsellor, or legal advisor.
Nothing in my services should be taken as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
My services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribed therapy.
If you are experiencing severe distress, mental health crisis, or medical issues, you should seek immediate professional help from your doctor or other qualified professional.
3. Client Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and life choices.
Any actions you choose to take based on my services, insights, or suggestions are your responsibility.
I do not accept liability for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences arising from your participation in my services.
4. Trinfinity 8 Device
With your consent, I may use the Trinfinity 8 energy technology as part of sessions.

This technology is considered a form of complementary energy healing and is not scientifically recognised as a medical treatment.
5. Vulnerability and Safeguarding
I acknowledge that my clients may be in a state of grief, loss, or heightened vulnerability.
At all times, I commit to practicing with compassion, integrity, and respect.
I will never exploit, manipulate, or take advantage of a client’s emotional state or vulnerability.
6. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
I am committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The personal data I may collect includes your name, contact details, appointment history, and any information you voluntarily share with me during our sessions.
Lawful Basis for Processing
The lawful basis under GDPR for collecting and processing your personal data is:
Consent – you have given clear consent for me to process your personal data for the purposes of providing my services.
Contract – processing is necessary in order to deliver the services you have engaged me for.
Legitimate Interests – in some cases, minimal processing may be necessary for the smooth running of my practice (e.g., invoicing, maintaining client records).
How Your Data is Used
Your data will only be used for the purposes of:
Providing and administering my services.
Communicating with you about appointments or relevant updates.
Record-keeping, invoicing, and tax purposes as required by law.
Data Storage & Security
Your personal data is stored securely and access is restricted to myself only.
Where digital systems are used (e.g., email, scheduling, or electronic record-keeping), I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
Data Sharing
I will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Your data will not be shared with third parties unless:
You give explicit consent, or
I am legally required to do so (e.g., safeguarding concerns or a lawful request from authorities).
Data Retention
Personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
As a general rule, client records will be retained for 3 years after the last session, after which they will be securely deleted or destroyed.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
The right to access the data I hold about you.
The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
The right to request deletion of your data (“the right to be forgotten”).
The right to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

The right to withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn).
The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

7. Payment & Cancellations
Fees for services will be agreed upon before sessions begin.
Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged with an administration fee of £15.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I exclude any liability for damages, loss, or injury arising from your use of my services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. fraud or gross negligence).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving my services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, and that you accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices.
