What might a session look like?
I will set the intention for our time together and create sacred space by calling in the energies that will support you. We will start with a short, guided meditation and connect to the breath. In our first session we will discuss vulnerability and how that feels in your body and how your brain is always trying to keep you safe.
Using techniques designed to honor your inner child, we work to release emotions, build self-compassion, and strengthen your sense of self. Sessions always hold space for you to speak your truths, and may include guided visualization, ritual, or mindful exercises that help you reconnect with joy, creativity, and your natural resilience.
Through this work, you can:
Revisit childhood experiences with care and understanding
Cultivate self-compassion and emotional resilience
Release patterns that no longer serve you
Reclaim a sense of safety, joy, and personal empowerment
These sessions are particularly supportive for anyone seeking healing from childhood trauma, emotional release, or inner child reconnection. The work is gentle, paced according to your needs, and rooted in a heart-centered approach that prioritizes your safety and emotional well-being. It can be helpful when on a fertility journey to facilitate bringing in a new soul to someone who is aware and emotionally connected to themselves and who can parent with more confidence. At all times you are responsible for what you share and how deep you go, but I offer a trauma informed space and so can act as a guide to connect you to how you are feeling and make sure that your sense of vulnerability is not exceeded.
If you feel that you need more than one session then multiple sessions can be booked at a small saving to yourself.
